Hello! I just wanted to send an e-mail thanking you and Ed for the wonderful assistance you both provided. I needed a home in a hurry and I really feel like you went the extra mile (much above and beyond other agents) in providing me a service. You were the only person who actually answered the phone when I called, but even if you couldn’t, you responded in a timely manner. You made sure that someone would help me out over the weekend, even though you were busy.
Ed was superlative as well. He took the initiative to locate other properties that might work out well for me, and in fact, we only had to inspect one property, as it was exactly what I was looking for. He made himself available early Sunday morning, and always answered his phone. I acquired the property in 2 days and am moving in this weekend. What a relief as a single mom with two children.
